Finding your Puppy
Get in Touch:
It is so important to find the perfect puppy for your lifestyle and we are here to assist you in that! Contact us if you need assistance.
Available Puppies:
Our website is always up to date with our available puppies, however things can change quite quickly, so if one of the pups grabbed your attention, do make sure to reach out.
Waiting List:
If you are looking for a puppy to join your home in a few months or more, you might be interested to sign up to our ‘waiting list’, were we send you email notifications about new litters being born.
Puppies Upbringing:
Our puppies are well socialised and confident, accustomed to household noises, toilet and crate training.
Transport
You’ve fallen in love with one of our puppies, but our home is just too far for you to come by? Not a problem! For the right home, we are happy to help organise transportation. We trust the pet travel agents for a safe trip for your puppy.
Interstate Flight:
We can help you organise transport and delivery to any location. Contact us with your postcode to get a quote.
Ground Transport:
The cost varies depending on destination. Please get in touch for more information.
Care Package
To give you and your puppy the best start, we provide you with a care package, that includes:

Crate – great for travel, sleep and crate training

Toy and blanket with familiar smells to ease the transition to your puppies new home
-
5kg of Advance puppy dry food, which your puppy is used to. We will also provide you with information and recommendations regarding your pups diet.
Meet / Pick up your Pup
Make an Appointment:
We welcome visitors 7 days a week (even on holidays)! Get in touch to make an appointment and meet our adorable puppies.
Ready for Pick Up:
If your puppy is above 8 weeks, he/she is ready for their forever home! When you are ready, make an appointment to pick up your lovely pup. We will take care of the transfer of ownership within 1 week of purchase.
Your Puppy comes with:

medical papers (microchip, vaccinations, vet checks, worming & flea treatments)

the DNA test of your puppies parents

a contract stating the return policy and health guarantee

a crate (great for travel, sleep and crate training)

Payment
Full payment is required prior to pickup/shipping of a puppy . There is no exception as we take precautions against scammers and time wasters. We’ll send you an invoice with paperwork to complete.

If you have paid a deposit to reserve a puppy, that amount will be deducted from the final price. Contact us to place a deposit.

Return Policy
We will happily take the pup back and give a full refund for any reason within 3 days. We also have an unconditional lifelong rehoming for all our dogs. We understand life happens and we want to ensure none of our dogs end up in a shelter. See full Return Policy for more.
Health Guarantee
The health of our dogs is of the utmost importance to us. We can guarantee you that! We will refund you up to the full price of the puppy if your pup gets sick from certain genetical diseases within 3 years. View full Health Guarantee for more.
